Outreach
Our outreach work goes hand in hand with innovative programming in challenging preconceptions and removing barriers to participation. We strive to deliver much more than simple 'hit and run' projects, with our exciting, multi-disciplinary programmes which are both accessible and engaging and which presents participants with openings to explore creativity and learning both as artist and audience.
Dunamaise Outreach / Education Department aims to:
- Provide opportunities in which imagination, creativity and innovation can be explored and developed
- Reach the widest range of audience by targeting all age ranges, abilities and backgrounds
- Offer a varied range of workshop opportunities and experiences
- Raise the profile of the Dunamaise Education and Outreach
- Make the arts and the Dunamaise Arts Centre itself appealing and accessible to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
Projects. Have an idea for a project? Let's work together! Whether you want to develop new skills, explore themes from a play or explore issues relevant to your group, the education / outreach department can tailor a workshop programme to suit the needs of your group.
