Tuesday to Friday: 10am to 5.30pm for advance bookings.
Saturday: 10am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm.
And one hour prior to curtain on the evening of a performance

Booking Fee
From 1 Jan 2013 a credit card transaction fee of €1 per ticket applies to all online ticket sales.

Discounts
We offer discounts on various shows to students, the unemployed and Senior Citizens on presentation of appropriate identification.
Group Discounts
Group discounts are available for various shows for group bookings of 10 or more.
Reservations
Provisional bookings can be made and held for 7 days when a show is more than 14 days away.
Disabled Access
The arts centre is fully accessible for people with disabilities including designated seating within the theatre, lift and specially adapted w.c. Please inform Box Office staff upon booking and we will be more than happy to facilitate you.
Car Parking
Parking is available with the ICP Multi-storey car park beside the Odeon Cinema opposite the Dunamaise Arts Centre.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased unless the event is cancelled.
Latecomers
Please arrive at the arts centre at least 15 minutes before each performance, as latecomers cannot be admitted until a break in the performance.
Gift Vouchers
The ideal present for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or as a thank you! Gift vouchers for any amount for the Dunamaise Arts Centre can be purchased from the Box Office and can be used to purchase tickets or artwork from the gallery.
