Terms and Conditions

• Each person must present a valid ticket on arrival.
• Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled.
• All performances begin sharply at their scheduled time. Latecomers may not be admitted.
• Dunamaise Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse admission.
• Dunamaise Arts Centre reserves the right to make any essential changes to events.
• No food or drinks allowed in the main auditorium during events.
• Cameras and recording devices are not allowed during performances and screenings.
• Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off before the event.
• Terms and conditions may vary for external events.
• Please follow instructions from ushers & signage.

Please observe up to date public health guidelines. If an attendee is feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of illness, please remain at home and contact the Box Office for a refund. Do not attend the venue.

Box Office does not post out tickets.
