Culture Night invites everyone, everywhere, on one joyful night to discover and celebrate all that our culture is today.

Ríoghnach Connolly comes to Dunamaise Stage, co-presented with Music Generation Laois.
An incredible night of live music featuring the Vocalist, Lyricist and Flautist. RTÉ Best Folk Singer and Reigning BBC Folk Singer of the year. Concert at 8pm, booking required for this event.

Ríoghnach grew up surrounded by a rich musical familial heritage and through Armagh Pipers’ Club in Armagh City, in the northeast of Ireland. Now based in Manchester, she is a professional vocalist, flautist, lyricist, workshop facilitator and musical activist. She has toured internationally and extensively, performing and recording in bands The Breath (Real World Records), Honey Feet (Stardust Works) Band of Burns (Órd Bán) and Afro Celt Sound System (ECC).

Free from 6pm to 7.30pm, drop in events at Dunamaise Arts Centre. All welcome.
