Celebrated Irish singer-songwriter Jack Lukeman is known for his powerful voice and electrifying stage presence. Set to return to Laois this October, Jack L will play Dunamaise Arts Centre stage.

This long-awaited performance of his legendary show, Chez Jack L, marks 20 years since it first captivated Irish audiences.

Chez Jack L 2025: Love, Sex, Death + More will spotlight Jack's renowned interpretations of songs by European and American legends such as Jacques Brel, Kurt Weill, Leonard Cohen, and Randy Newman. Audiences can expect fresh takes on beloved classics like “Jackie”, "Amsterdam," "If You Go Away, "Dance Me to the End of Love" ‘Hallelujah’, ”Lonely at the Top” “Alabama Song” and more.This highly anticipated evening promises a compelling blend of nostalgia and reinvention, presenting timeless hits with Jack's innovative flair.

The show isn't just for longtime fans; it's a chance for new listeners to experience the magic that has defined Jack's career. Chez Jack L 2025 is crafted to connect audiences across generations with music and storytelling that have universal appeal. Chez Jack L 2025 will also highlight Jack's original work, featuring special guest appearances and the total energy of the Jack L Big Band, promising an unforgettable night of musical passion and theatrical magic.

Featuring new arrangements and highlights from Ancient Echoes, Jack's latest recording, produced by the legendary Trevor Horn and featuring collaborations with Seal and Iggy Pop.

Fans can also look forward to Jack's powerful rendition of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and a duet with Andrea Corr on Billy Idol's "White Wedding." These additions underscore Jack's commitment to reinterpreting iconic songs, offering a theatrical experience that reflects his artistic evolution.

Chez Jack L originally debuted in 2003 with an unprecedented 14-week residency at Dublin's Spirit (now The Academy), a run that firmly established Jack as one of Ireland's premier live acts.

Jack has consistently showcased his versatility throughout his career, breathing new life into songs like David Bowie’s Starman and, most recently, contributing to the soundtrack of the UK No. 1 film The Canterville Ghost in collaboration with acclaimed composer Eimear Noone.
