We are delighted to announce this year’s Electric Youth Competition. A big thanks to Electric Picnic Creative Ireland Laois Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board for their continued support. Closing date is the 2nd of July at 1pm Email ey@ywilaois.com for an application.

Electric Youth is a talent search for aspiring performers aged 14–24, offering the chance to perform on the Hazel Wood Stage at Electric Picnic. Open to musicians, comedians, dancers, actors, poets and a wide range of performers.

The competition celebrates young creative talent from across the region. Contestants progress through semi-finals before the Grand Final at Dunamaise Theatre, where the winning acts earn the opportunity to showcase their talent at one of Ireland's biggest music and arts festivals.
