Beneath Every Tree There Is A Story

So This Is Christmas is the latest documentary from award-winning Irish filmmaker Ken Wardrop (His & Hers). Here, he looks at the lead-up to Christmas from the perspective of five different individuals & families from the Midlands - from a single mother trying to make ends meet, to an older woman facing the prospect of Christmas alone. This is emotional, heartfelt and deeply moving filmmaking.

Starring Laois locals - our friends and neighbours - all are welcome to come together this Christmas at your local Arts Centre, and share in some local stories, told by a wonderful Laois filmmaker, on the big screen at Dunamaise.
