Building Resilience & Strong Relationships

Laois County Council Climate Action and Dr. Eddie Murphy are hosting “Building Resilience & Strong Relationships ", a practical and engaging talk for parents and carers supporting children and teenagers in today’s fast‑paced world.

Learn how to understand anxiety, build emotional strength, strengthen communication and how using active travel can be a useful tool. This event is part of the Portlaoise Low Carbon Town and Portlaoise Schools Cluster Project.

On Thursday 30th April from 7:00–9:00pm (doors open 6:30pm). Open to parents and carers across Portlaoise schools.
