Classes will begin with breath work and take a focus on building heating energy in the body, whilst connecting breath to movement. These classes will aim to help you find your appropriate challenge in poses, release tension from the body and find a sense of relaxation and peace. Not suitable for complete beginners to yoga, some experience would be beneficial.

Class runs each Friday at 1.15pm for 45 minutes over a course of 4 weeks.
Book onto the whole 4 week for 40 euro or come for a drop in class for 12 euro.
